		The handle pair that describes the data storagelibrary module to be used to perform this function, and the opendata store whose associated Owner is to be retrieved.
`Owner` (output)
		A CSSM_ACL_OWNER_PROTOTYPE describing the currentOwner of the Data Base.

DESCRIPTION

This function returns a CSSM_ACL_OWNER_PROTOTYPE describingthe current Owner of the Data Base.

RETURN VALUE

A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particularerror condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. All othervalues represent an error condition.
