The optional DECevent software is automatically
removed during an OpenVMS upgrade. If you want to continue using
the DECevent product, you must manually install this software after
the upgrade has completed.
NOTE: On OpenVMS Integrity server systems and recent
versions of OpenVMS Alpha, DECevent functionality and more is provided
by Web-Based Enterprises Services (WEBES).
