    This is an update kit for CSWS_PERL (Mod_Perl) for OpenVMS

    Problems Corrected
    ------------------

    1. When running Perl scripts via CSWS_PERL on the Secure Web
       Server, a call to "exit()" to finish the script resulted
       in a error displayed by the browser as an Internal Server
       Error.

       Changes in the error handling of Mod_Perl were causing this
       problem.  A fix is implemented to model more closely older
       behavior.

    Installation Instructions
    -------------------------

    To install the kit, do the following:

      $ @SYS$STARTUP:APACHE$SHUTDOWN
      $ PRODUCT INSTALL CSWS_PERL21_UPDATE
      $ @SYS$STARTUP:APACHE$STARTUP
