Unix Shell under OpenVMS

The Question is:

I'm currently a user on an AXP system running OpenVMS, but i
have a problem (You are going to make fun of me :-):
I need the userinterface to correspond to some sort of unix dialect:
C-shell, Bash, Ksh or Tcsh
Sort of like an extra shell for the VMS-interface kinda like 4dos (You
know I'm new at this).
The reason is, that my windows web-browser uses unix commands to
communicate with the internet-login (It's called SlipKnot).

Do You know of any such shell program? - POSIX just doesn't cut it
as i'm unable to execute programs from that shell.

I'm looking much forward to hearing from You...

The Answer is:

POSIX can be set as the default login shell -- you'll want to
provide details on the particular failure(s) you are seeing.

You should also be aware that DECwindows Motif ships with
    the Mosaic browser.
