ACT GNAT Ada Compiler Info?

The Question is:

 
DEC announced an alliance with ACT to produce an OpenVMS version
of the GNAT Ada95 compiler. I found references to such a
compiler but can not find out how to download it. As a
GNU copyright product, the sources should be freely available.
Do you know how DEC will distribute this compiler? We extensively
use DEC Ada and need an Ada95 version that is compatible.
