» close window

The Question is:

We have a CMS library (Ver 3.7-2) that allows reservations (/noconcurrent)
but then doesnt allow you to replace the source, with the message 'source
not reserved by you'. Attempting to $CMS VERIFY with or without /REPAIR
gives:

%CMS-I-VERCLS, class list verified
%CMS-I-VERCMD, command list verified
%CMS-I-VERELE, element list verified
%CMS-I-VERGRP, group list verified
%CMS-E-ERRVERRES, reservation list verified with errors
-CMS-E-BCKPTRSTR, reservation back pointer is 0011AE79; previous block is
0011A552
-CMS-E-BADTYPSTR, reservation block type is 0; it should be 13
%CMS-I-VERFRE, internal free space list verified
%CMS-I-VERFRE, internal free space list verified
%CMS-I-VERFRE, internal free space list verified
%CMS-I-VERFRE, internal free space list verified
%CMS-I-VERFRE, internal free space list verified
%CMS-F-BUG, there is something wrong with CMS or something it calls
-CMS-F-MAXSIGVEC, Maximum signal vector size exceeded

We have also tried to backup the cms files elsewhere and attempt to repair,
use increasing higher quotas and privileges but to no avail.

what can we do now?
