where is the nfbdef.h C include file?

The Question is:

I was reading a previous question,
http://www.openvms.digital.com/wizard/group4/430.HTML, as I came across it
in a search for articles on NFBDEF.H.

We have applications that make use of NFBDEF.H. Our Alphas were upgraded
from 6.1 to 6.2 some time ago and NFBDEF.H was present. We recently
installed VMS 7.1 on a brand new system disk, as opposed to upgrading the
6.2 system disk, and I can no longer fin
d this header file.

In the question I refer to above it would be a fair to assume the user had a
brand new Alpha 6.2 installation when he couldn't find the header. You
stated you found it on a local Alpha 6.2 box, but I was wondering if that
box would have been upgraded from
6.1 and so kept that header from the prior 6.1 installation.

Bottom line is, I have an effectively brand new 7.1 Alpha with the latest
versions of DECC (5.7) and DECnet-Plus (7.1) and I can't find NFBDEF.H on my
system disk.

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dave

The Answer is :

In recent OpenVMS versions, look for nfbdef.h in SYS$LIB_C.TLB.
