Configuring network IP printer?

The Question is:

 
Could you walk me through the steps required to configure IP printing using
UCX.
 
I have configured the LPD/LPR service
I have created a Host Entry for the Printer
I have run the UCX$LPRSetup.com
 
But I must be missing something somewhere.
 
Instructions from scratch would be wonderful!!!
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  If you have reviewed other previous discussions here involving the
  configuration of remote printers via IP, and you have been following
  the documentation, and you are running the current TCP/IP Services
  for OpenVMS (UCX) package (and associated ECO) and you cannot get
  this to work, please contact the customer support center...
