The Question is:

 
upgrading from vms5.3 and need to know the
upgrade path. trying to get to 6.2 or 7.1
 

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard has only a very few rules, and these rules are clearly posted
  at the website.  As a review, one of these rules happens to be "Please
  don't ask questions that are in the OpenVMS FAQ".  Given that the answer
  to this question is clearly and directly covered in the FAQ, the Wizard
