ifconfig analog on TCP/IP (UCX)?

	Is there an "ifconfig" equivalent in UCX?

NAME
     ifconfig - configure network interface parameters
 
SYNOPSIS
     ifconfig interface address_family [address [dest_address]] [parameters]
     ifconfig interface [protocol_family]
     ifconfig -a
     ifconfig -A
 
DESCRIPTION
     Ifconfig is used to assign an address to a network interface and/or
con-
     figure network interface parameters.  Ifconfig must be used at boot
time
     to define the network address of each interface present on a machine;
it
     may also be used at a later time to redefine an interface's address or
     other operating parameters.
 
     Available operands for ifconfig:

and found just one hit in -> comp.lang.perl.modules

The Answer is :

 
  The TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS (UCX) configuration process is described
  in detail in the UCX documentation set.  Please acquire and read this.
  (The documentation is available in hardcopy and on CD-ROM.)
 
  The core UCX configuration tools are the UCX$CONFIG command procedure,
  and (for access analogous to what ifconfig provides) the UCX utility.
  In general, use of the UCX$CONFIG procedure is the recommended approach.
