Where to send FTSV/FTSO requests?

The Question is:

DEC/CPQ Product Mgrs: How to Locate One?

i thought of ringing the CSC on this;
but figured they'd have to do some hunting
down themselves.

specifically, i'd had wanted to contact the
Product Mgr for FTSO [1] ; more specifically
to ask if there were plans to add support for
Multinet any time soon. and if FTSO has
a healthy life left as a product line, and
the like.

so i got to wondering if there was a
general way to get hold of Product Mgrs
in general ??

 1. FTSO being File Transfer Spooler for Open
system; perhaps a spinoff of the old
    tool-shed/ASSET "FTSV". a 'queued' file
copy/delivery system, ie one could submit
files to be copied, w/ automatic retries.

i recall (beats me where...)that the FTSO
developers were located in France ?

oh hell, i'll make this a 2-part question,

since y'all may have used the old FTSV
yourselves. was there a older variant of
FTSO, known as FTSV, which was DECNet based
only?

if FTSO Multinet support were not forthcoming
a DECnet-only FTSV version would solve half
our troubles.

we could almost get FTSO to work w/ Multinet
except for the VMSPlus mode (ala UCX) used in
xfering binary files; ie, sent as fixed-len(512)
w/ some FDL prepended in the 1st 1-3 records.

i don't know enough about UCX's VMSPlus mode
to know if this is the same format used during
UCX to UCX ftp xfers.

Any chances that DEC(nie CPQ) would publish
details on UCX/VMSPlus ftp xfers?

I know that TCPWare supplied (attempted?)
a VMSPlus mmode emaulation ..
