CD-R on OpenVMS? (take III)

The Question is:

 
We just go in some CD writers and are having problems.  We loaded a SCSI
patch and now need a burner driver, but am unable to find one.  Do you know
if this burner driver will work, or do we need to do something else?  Any
help would be appreciated.
