release date for OpenVMS V7.2?

The Question is:

 
What is the expected release date for OpenVMS 7.2.
I would like to know weither I should update my
machines to 7.1, or wait a bit and go to 7.2
I have 19 machines at various locations.
 

The Answer is :

The expected release date for V7.2 is "the end of 1998".
The next following Software Products Library for VAX and Alpha
respectively will include any layered product changes needed
for V7.2 (aside from those shipped with the operating system,
like networking).
 
Whether you should upgrade now to V7.1 in a personal decision.
This wizard, located in the northeast US, would spend the next
three months upgrading if the various locations of those 19
machines were: Hawaii, Tahiti, etc., but not if they were:
Alaska, Canada, Siberia...
