The Answer is :

  The usual command to start a telnet session using the TCP/IP Services
  for OpenVMS (UCX) package is:

    $ tn3270

  Information on tn3270 is available in on-line help using:

    $ help tn3270

  as well as in the UCX documentation. Online help within the tn3270
  tool displays a picture of the keyboard, press the F15 key (the HELP
  key to see the online help text.

  Please contact the customer support center for assistance.

  Copies of the UCX documentation can be ordered from Compaq, as well.

  The Wizard is not aware of UCX documentation available at the website.
