MAIL print jobs: flag and burst pages?

The Question is:

 
We just upgraded from V 6.1 to V 7.1
 
Users complain that PRINT from within MAIL yields flag or burst pages, which
it did NOT while running V 6.1  This is an awful waste of paper.
 
I tried out with
DEFINE/KEY KP2 "PRINT/NOFLAG" /terminate
but the slash between the apostrophes causes trouble.
 
How can I work around this so that users can print their received messages
with a simple command ?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Assuming that the queues are not set for flags and burst pages, please
  first try the behaviour of MAIL/OLD.  If that works, then check for
  available ECOs for MAIL, and then contact the customer support center.
