TCP/IP (UCX) TN3270 configuration?

The Question is:

 
OpenVMS version is 5.52 through 7.x.
Using TN3270 to connect with IBM mainframe.
How do I map keys? I've found no syntax or examples in DSN ITS, nor here on
the web site.
VMS help doesn't tell what the default mapping file name is.
 
I need to know the syntax and how the IBM keys are named in VMS.
 
Any guidence would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Information on configuring TN3270, as well as setting up your terminal,
  and on debugging applications using TN3270, etc., is covered in the
  TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS User's Guide.
 
  If the information in the manuals is insufficient, please contact the
