FTAM and X.25 call request errors?

» close window

The Question is:

Hi Mr Wizard,
We have a problem using FTAM and x.25.

When we are the responder and the other system
tries a x.25 connect request we respond with a
clr and the diagnostic code is a 0x80.

Do you know what this code means ??

We noticed that they do not send any user data
in the x.25 call request. We got them to change
thier end so that they now send a 0301010. Now
the diag code is 0xE8. Do you know what this
code means ??

Also if they send 01000000 in the user data of
the x.25 callrequest packet we answer the call
and start sending pad info, x.29 stuff.

We suspect some sort of incomming routing
problem but cannot seem to find it. Do you have
any tips or theories about our problem ???

thanks alot and best regards
Sharon
