The Question is:

 
Our VAX 4000-705A is being upgraded from VMS v6.2 to v7.1.
 
How can I find out the MINIMUM firmware versions that are required for
OpenVMS v7.1

  The Wizard is unaware of any particular minimum firmware version(s) that
  are required for OpenVMS VAX systems.
 
  If you wish to have your I/O controller and system revisions checked for
