Printing files from DCL?

The Question is:

 
I need one DCL command that will allow me to print two copies of two text
files (BLOB.TXT and DUM.TXT) in the following order :BLOB,DUM,BLOB,DUM with
the output being double spaced, the name of the file printed at the top of
each page, but with no flag pa
ge output.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard would strongly recommend acquiring access to and skimming
  through the OpenVMS User's Manual, as it covers many of the issues of
  interest to OpenVMS users.  Including the general use of PRINT.
 
  In this particular case, please enter HELP PRINT at the DCL prompt.
