Complaints about CMS?

The Question is:

 
We are using CMS version 3.72.
 
There has been a MAJOR complaint that CMS is goofing up regarding deletions.
 
I saw this a bug report in earlier versions but I thought it was fixed.
 
This typically happens with variants.
 
The performance in this case is poor.
 
No reliability.  Not what I would expect from a
Digital product.
 
Is there a fix in version 4?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Without details of the complaint, it is quite difficult for the Wizard
  to address this issue -- the OpenVMS Wizard will forward your comments
  through to the CMS team, but without details on the bug reports or on
  the specific errors and problems seen, the Wizard cannot provide any
  specific suggestions.
 
  The Wizard will assume that the CMS libraries have had a VERIFY/REPAIR
  pass performed.
 
  The current version of CMS is V3.9-2.
