Setting up reverse LAT print queue?

I would like to know how to set up reverse LAT and what are the support
hardware.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Information on setting up reverse LAT connections is available
  in SYS$STARTUP:LAT$STARTUP.COM and LAT$SYSTARTUP.*, and in the
  _OpenVMS System Manager's Manual: Essentials_ around setting up
  the print queues in general.
 
  LAT print queues have traditionally used the LATSYM print symbiont
  as the print symbiont.
 
  Most DECserver terminal server devices support reverse LAT, though
  a few of the low-end devices (DECserver 90L+, for instance) do not.
  If you have a question on reverse LAT support for a specific device,
  please contact the customer support center.  There are third-party
  terminal server devices available that allow reverse LAT connections,
