Converting SDML to DECwrite or RTF?

The Question is:

 
We currently have some critial documents which were written in VAX Document,
and want to know if there are any tools which will help convert these to
DECwrite or MS-Word? i.e. We want to try and keep as much of the formatting
as possible.

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard is not aware of any particular tools for converting SDML
  documents into DECwrite, RTF, or Microsoft Word formats.
