Listing SYSUAF information?

The Question is:

 
how do i get a listing of users with date of last login from the uaf?
 
i want just username, uic, date of last login, and maybe default directory.

The Answer is :

 
  The AUTHORIZE LIST/FULL command would be an obvious approach.
 
  Using a program that accesses SYSUAF using existing sys$getuai system
  service (and uses RMS system services such as sys$get for the access
  to the index keys), or one of the various generally-available tools
  for processing the contents of the SYSUAF file.
 
  Datatrieve and similar tools can also access SYSUAF.
 
  The Wizard recommends against using sys$get for anything other than
  the wildcard operations through SYSUAF, using sys$getuai to retrieve
  and parse the contents of the SYSUAF records.
