The Question is:

 
We have received OVMS V7.1-2 for AXP.  When will OVMS V7.1-2 be released for
VAX?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The release of OpenVMS VAX immediately following V7.1 is V7.2.
 
  There are no present plans for an OpenVMS VAX V7.1-2 release.
 
  In an OpenVMS Cluster, OpenVMS Alpha V7.1-2 is treated as and is
  considered as equivalent to OpenVMS Alpha V7.1 for the purposes of
  configuring a cluster with other OpenVMS Alpha releases, as well as
  with OpenVMS VAX releases.
