The Question is:

 
i know how to change my plan on the vax as well as how to use the finger
command and the plawatch.dat program...
my question is there a way to know who has checked your plan and the last
time they did so?
 
i know that the planwatch tells you the last time that program was accessed
by the person whos plan it is...  so to repeat the question : can you find
out who has used the finger command on you?

The Answer is :

 
  A plan file is not part of OpenVMS, it is part of whichever IP package
  was installed on the system.
 
  With the assistance of the system security manager, you can monitor
  the activity on any particular file.  If you wish to monitor incoming
  requests, please contact the system security manager for assistance
  with enabling and monitoring security auditing and security alarms.
