PGP on OpenVMS?

» close window

The Question is:

Hey Wizard, on the VMS list serviced by SAIC, a
user asked about PGP for VMS and Hoff said to
look at the FAQ's or talk to you. I've poured
through the archives, and found nothing. I
looked at the 19-NOV-98 FAQ publishing by Steve
and it states:

PGP (Phil Zimmerman's "Pretty Good Privacy") is available from the standard
distribution sites as listed in the PGP FAQ. Information on compiling
PGP for OpenVMS can be found at http://zifi.genetics.utah.edu/

but the zifi node no longer has a DNS entry
which makes it a little difficult to browse.

Can you provide a URL for a usuable, preferrably
binary, version of PGP (lastest version possible)
that is compatible with VMS 5.5-2?

Best regards,

Barry
