DECnet Phase IV, X.25, and ISDN?

» close window

The Question is:

I have an Alpha Server 4100 with an Internal DNSES card.
In dealing with a customer they wish us to run X25 across
the ISDN using a device by Philips called a MINI-TA.
This maps X25 addresses to ISDN telephone numbers.

They are using a DECNET Phase IV router with the following
characteristics for the X25 line:

DTE                      = 06924248293
Network                  = PN06924248293
Line                     = X25-3
Channels                 = 2-1
Maximum channels         = 2
Default data             = 128
Default window           = 7
Maximum data             = 128
Maximum window           = 7
Maximum clears           = 6
Maximum resets           = 6
Maximum restarts         = 6
Call timer               = 200
Clear timer              = 180
Reset timer              = 180
Restart timer            = 180
Interrupt timer          = 180
Interface mode           = DTE
Maximum circuits         = 512

Where the DTE is infact the programmed number in the ISDN TA.

I have tried to map this using X25$CONFIGURE using the ISO8208
class to no avail.

Is what I am trying possible using this configuration?
If so how?
