The Question is:

 
O' I praise you, the almighty VMS wizard!
 
And, if you really are a wizard, you can also
tell me the meaning of every single jumper on
a TK70 tape drive and the TQK70 contoller board?
And, also I'd like to know if the green LED
should go off after I've loaded a tape?
