NT Client and Changes to Host IP Addresses?

» close window

The Question is:

I've installed the NT client software to run day to day stuff with the VMS.
However we have just had to change all of our telnet address. When I ran the
NT client it damaged the telnet address' stored on the Alpha. We repaired
the telnet address' and re-i
nstalled the NT client but it still gave the same problem. I cannot run the
NT client again as it prevents the users from getting on. Paul

The Answer is :

The Wizard has no idea what particular packages or problems you are
refering to, and what was damaged. (Telnet does not have an address,
it has a port. IP has an address.) Please contact the Customer
Support Center for assistance. Expect to be asked which products
are in use, which versions, what happened, what changed, and exactly
  what was "damaged".
