TCP/IP ucx$telnetsym linkdiscon errors?

The Question is:

 
we are getting system-f-linkdiscon problems when printing large jobs on a
decserver 90m using ucx$telnetsym and telnet listener
we are using tcp/ip services ver 3.3
 
will the latest version of ucx solve this?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  TCP/IP V3.3 is rather old, but there are ECOs available for various
  problems known with it.  Acquire and apply the latest ECO.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would recommend moving to TCP/IP V4.2, with the
  current ECO -- V3.3 is sufficiently old that it is no longer seeing
  ECO kits and updates.
 
  Also consider an OpenVMS VAX upgrade to V6.2, V7.1, or V7.2, as the
  V6.1 release is no longer seeing ECO kits.
 
  If the problem persists on current product releases, please contact
