The Question is:

Hello!
I have problem, because must copy file from
one node to another, but account on destination
node must have no password.
I was tried to do this several time and
received system errors.
OK.
But this processes still stay and slow down
system, so I have must stoped them.
Does exist way to copy files on that way?

Thanks!

The Answer is :

Please see the Ask The Wizard rules, particularly the rule specifying
that the full text of any error messages received. These error messages
will often uniquely identify the particular problem encountered -- without
these messages, the OpenVMS Wizard is left to guess at the actual error.

The most appropriate solution here would appear to be a DECnet proxy,
though you do not indicate if the transfer is utilizing DECnet, TCP/IP,
  or some other network protocol.

Usernames with no passwords are a substantial security risk, and are
not recommended. If proxies are deemed inappropriate, the use of
network server processes or similar to "pull" the files, or the use
of dedicated usernames set up for tasks created in the NCP or NCL
  database, are recommended.

The OpenVMS Wizard will assume that the remaining processes are DECnet
netserver processes. These processes do not particularly consume system
resources, and will automatically time out and exit. The particular
behaviour of these processes can be configured via a set of undocumented
NETSERVER logical names, including NETSERVER$TIMEOUT. (See the contents
  of SYS$SYSTEM:NETSERVER.COM for details.)

For information on setting up DECnet proxies, please see the OpenVMS
  Guide to System Security manual.
