TCP/IP, PPP and RAS? (Authentication)

The Question is:

 
How can I connect a Alpha OpenVMS 7.1 client to a
Windows NT RAS Server using PPP ?
I checked SYS$COMMON:[SYSHLP.EXAMPLES.PPPD.DOC]PPPD_CONNECT.TXT
which only explains how to connect from NT client to VMS server.
I have UCX V4.1
 

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS Alpha PPP does not currently support authentication, and Windows
  NT RAS Server does not permit unauthenticated PPP access.
 
  There are discussions around adding support for RAS Authentication in the
  future, and there are customer implementations of Radius Authentication
