Reconfiguring LAT and IP print queues?

» close window

The Question is:

We have Alpha Server running OpenVMS 6.2 and TCPware.

We have a few LAT print queues that print to a DECMux 316.

We are removing the DecMux and installing a DecServer900-TM that will also
run TCP/IP besides LAT. I need to get both TCP/IP and LAT printing to the
printers.

I know very little about VMS. I need to find out how to tell VMS to move the
queue from the Mux to the DecServer900.

How can I do this?

Thanks

The Answer is :

Please contact TCPware support for assistance with their package.

Information and configuration on LAT printing, and reconfiguring
print queues is available in the OpenVMS system management manuals
  and in the file SYS$STARTUP:LAT$SYSTARTUP.*.

Information on configuring TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS, as well as
copies of the OpenVMS documentation, are available at the OpenVMS
  website:

    http://www.openvms.digital.com:8000/
