Request for assistance with Zip?

The Question is:

 
Hello Wizard,
 
We swap files regularly with our clients. Everything was just fat and
happy...until... a new guy at one site figured that he wanted to have zipped
files that were password protected.
 
Total bummer... you see "this guy" is sending me files that he zips on his
PC. I'm opening his zipped files using Unzip on VMS (and I have it automated
within a few DCL command streams).
The client wants me to copy the file to my PC, unzip it with the password
and then process my
production.
 
...<gasp> and miss coffee time???
 
I *really* need some DCL that I can hardcode
passwords into my Zip and Unzip command.
By the way...when I "Zip" a file for the client, I need to use the -kl
paramater (so it mimics 'pkzip'...this dude loves his PC).
 
Can you save me from the de-automation of my production?

The Answer is :

 
  Zip is available on the OpenVMS Freeware, and the OpenVMS Wizard would
  be quite happy to accept updates to Zip that resolve this issue.
 
  Otherwise, rap this chap on his knuckles and tell him to stop doing it.
