DEC Notes to Lotus Notes migration?

The Question is:

 
My school recently converted over to Lotus Notes, but so far hasn't found a
solution for converting our "decnotes conferences" over to lotus notes.
These conferences are a warehouse of information for students, so I'm
looking for low cost solutions for m
y school on ways to convert these notes over.  So far we haven't found a
suitible method, can you help???
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is unaware of conversion tools to migrate DEC Notes
  conferences into Lotus Notes.
 
  There would be two approaches: acquiring the (undocumented) notes
  calling interface specification, or writing a tool that extracts and
  converts notes over to Lotus.  (As mentioned, the OpenVMS Wizard is not
  aware of existing tools in this area.)
 
  Tools for remote access to OpenVMS notes conferences via the web are
  available -- DECUS uses a tool to allow web access to notes conferences.
  PC notes clients have also been written and are in use at some sites,
  but general availability of these tools is not known.
