Disk File Optimizer (DFO) on OpenVMS Alpha?

The Question is:

 
I have DFO running on a VAX and I am migrating to an Alpha.
I can't seem to find an Alpha version of DFO.  Is there an
Alpha version?  Do I need to trade up my existing Vax license?
