What is the best solution to connect my VAX with
Open VMS V 6.2 TO a TCP/IP Network with Microsoft
Windows NT V4.?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS is an obvious option.
 
  Packages such as Advanced Server (formerly PATHWORKS) and SAMBA can
  provide additional capabilities, beyond basic IP operations such as
  FTP and NFS.
 
  Versions of OpenVMS such as V7.1 and later can -- using PATHWORKS
  LAN Manager -- share domain passwords and authentication with Windows
