Recovering from Machine Check Bugcheck? (MACHINECH

The Question is:

 
I'm trying to boot my AS200 4/233 with the copy OS disk from my AS200 4/100.
I update the SRM firmware as200_v2_9.exe "half-flash" successfully (vession
x3.9-1387 Jan 18 1995 09:42:33).
When I use this DKA0 to boot to AS200 4/100, it's working fine, but it's not
on the AS200 4/233 and give me all these messages below:
How can I boot this AS200 4/233? What else should I do boot this system?
