Freeware V3: Your INTOUCH license has expired?

The Question is:

 
When I try to use the Freeware menu on the Freeware CD, I am told "Your
INTOUCH license has expired." Once upon a time I knew how to get around this
(I think I had to define a symbol or logical, but can't remember) and can
find NOTHING in the database.  P
lease help.
 


The Answer is :

 
  Consider using the OpenVMS Freeware V4.0 distribution that was included
  with OpenVMS V7.2.  This two CD-ROM set is available as part of the
  OpenVMS V7.2 distribution, and as part of the OpenVMS Hobbyist program:

  If you must use the Freeware V3.0, then details on resolving the "Your
