Occasionally Catatonic DECserver?

The Question is:

We have a 90M terminal server . The server will quit communicating
randomly, once every few months. We power it off and back on it starts to
work again. We are talking through this server the same as our other 39
terminal servers (90m's and 90 tl's). But this one is the only one that
has this problem. Being a 90M is it possible that the memory gets corrupted
and needs to be reloaded, and we are doing this by powering it off and back
on?

thanks,

The Answer is :

This does not appear to be an OpenVMS Question, it appears to be a
hardware or (potentially) a software problem with a terminal server.
Please contact your hardware support organization for assistance.
