Dear Sir,
 
Atpresent I am doing program in DEC C(OpenVMS ).
I am new to OpenVMS DEC C.  Please advise me
specific URLs where I can get Manual or References about DEC C.  I have been
working with UNIX C also.

  The Compaq C manuals are not presently available at the website.
  The Compaq C manuals are available in hardcopy and CD-ROM.
