Large-capacity tape media?

The Question is:

 
I want tape dat 20/40 giga or more ,
fitting my alpha server 4000 /open VMS 7.2.-1.
where can i get one.

  for information on large-capacity DAT, AIT, and DLT tape drives,
  and please also contact the Compaq Customer Support Center directly.
 
  At present, the TZ89 (DLT) and TZS20 (AIT) appear to meet your
  capacity requirements, as does the Compaq DDS-4 drive.  The latter
  device is not presently supported on OpenVMS, and may or may not be
  recognized and operate as a generic tape drive.  (The largest
  officially supported DDS-series tape drive is the TLZ11 series.)
