The Question is:

 
I have run into what seems to be a 4GB file size limit accessing files on
PW-VMS 6.0B from WNT 4.0SP5. Is this a (documented)limitation ?

  The OpenVMS Wizard is not particularly aware of any such limit, and
  would encourage you to contact the Compaq Customer Support Center
