Restricting outgoing SMTP email?

The Question is:

 
Hi!
 
I use my Alpha as incoming and outgoing mail server (via UCX SMTP). I want
to allow only certain PC-s in my local network to send mail over Alpha to
internet, but I want to receive all mails from internet. How to configure
SMTP service to allow this?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center directly for
  assistance in this configuration -- additional information on
  the current configuration will be required.  (Various systems
  may be able to send SMTP email directly, and preventing this
