TCP/IP NFS and 000082B2 error?

The Question is:

 
I can I fix the following error I get with UCX nts server
 
%UCX-E-NFS_INETST, ERROR CREATING OR SETTING SOCKET PARAMETERS
-SYSTEM-E-NOMSG MESSAGE NUMBER 000082B2
%UCX-F-NFS_ABORT, NFS SERVER NFS$SERVER ABORTED
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is unable to translate the provided error
  code directly, and might assume that this is 182b2 trucated
  to a word.  (182b2 is the RMS error code for "record not found".)
 
  Please consider an upgrade to TCP/IP Services V4.2 and the
  current ECO, and consider reconfiguring the TCP/IP Services
  software.
 
  If the problem persists, please contact the Compaq Customer
