VAXstation 3100 self-test codes?

The Question is:

 
I have a VAXStation 3100, model 30.
 
When I power on, I get the following message:
 
KA42-A v1.2
 
F...E...D...C...B...A...9...8...7...6?..5...4_..3_..2_..1?..
 
??  6  00A0  0000.5310
??  1  00C0  0000.7004
 
Am I right in assuming that this is a hardware failure, possibly the SCSI
controller? If this is the case, any advice as to where I can get it fixed?
