HP Printers and Blank Pages? (see 1020)

The Question is:

 
I have a HP 8000 printer. I print to it from VMS.
I am using multinet TCP/IP to communicate with it.
There is no problem printing to the printer, but there are a few problems when printing:
 
1. There is a blank page between each page of a job which is  sent to the printer.
 
2. There is a flag page in the end of the job, which I want to cancel (the parameter /noflag doesn't help).
 
3. only half of the page is filled with data, the rest is empty, and I need a full page to be printed.
 
The escape sequnce I use is:
<ESC>&k2G
<ESC>]VMS;2<ESC>\<ESC>&l26A<ESC>(8H<ESC>&l1H<ESC>&l0O<ESC>(8H<ESC>(sp10h12vsb20
0T<ESC>(s10H<ESC>&k11.8H<ESC>s3B
 
can you please answer my questions? I tried many other escape sequences which don't help solve these problems.
(by the way, the language which is printed is hebrew).
