Porting third-party kernel-mode code? (BLASTIT)

The Question is:

 
I can not find any documentation on running BLASTIT on an alpha.  There is no UCB$W_REFC, just a UCB$L_REFC.  Can BLASTIT be run on an ALPHA and if so, what changes are needed for the MACRO.  Thanks.

  Please contact the vendor or maintainer of BLASTIT -- tools that
  explicitly reference OpenVMS kernel-mode cells or routines can
