Tape volume change OPCOM notifications?

The Question is:

 
We have a backup procedure that takes 10 TK70 tapes to backup an Oracle Database.  After we upgraded to VMS 6.2, we do not receive the OPERATOR messages that the next tape is needed.  Our person sits in the computer room every hour or so waiting for the t
ape to dismount.
 
Any suggestions..??

The Answer is :

 
  First check that there is an appropriate operator enabled, then
  check the command(s) used for the particular operation -- it is
  not clear if this is BACKUP or other OpenVMS command or if this
  is an Oracle utility -- then (depending on what utility is being
  used to write the tapes) please contact the Compaq Customer Support
  Center or Oracle Support.
 
  Also check for and apply any available ECO kits for BACKUP, OPCOM,
  and related components, as well as relevent Oracle ECO kits.
