Configuring OpenVMS for IP and web access?

The Question is:

 
Hardware : DEC 3000 - M300X
O/S      : OpenVMS V7.2-1
Network  : TCPip V5.0A
           ip   :172.16.1.6
           Mask :255.255.255.0
           Gtway:172.16.1.254
 
On this Machine are installed
          1) Apache Server 1.3
          2) Netscape
 
Would you please tell me What are the steps for accessing Internet Web from the
 netscape Browser ?
 
 
 
 


The Answer is :

 
  You will need to contact your local system manager or network
  manager for information on the local IP network configuration,
  and for information on your local proxy server(s) and/or any
  local firewalls.  (The necessary configuration information is
  often very specific to the local network.)
 
  For basic IP configuration information, please see the
  TCP/IP Services installation and configuration documentation.
  This documentation is available at the OpenVMS documentation
  website referenced in the OpenVMS FAQ.
 
  Once IP is correctly configured, you can typically invoke the
  browser and set up any required proxy server, and then access
  the Internet.
